Cat is Operations Director at DTO, overseeing daily event operations and guest experiences. She ensures teams have the resources, processes, and support needed to deliver elite, high-quality events. Her expertise lies in optimising operations and logistics, streamlining workflows, and fostering collaborative teamwork. With over 15 years of international experience, Cat’s background includes complex event operations, project management, and leading cross-functional teams within financial services, luxury 5-star hospitality, and drinks marketing. She’s known for her client-first, human-centric approach. Outside work, Cat enjoys staying active—running daily (8-20km, weather depending!), practicing Dharma yoga, and spending time with her favourite person, her nephew Jude.
